Cindy Lo is a partner in Allen & Overy's Hong Kong office. Cindy worked in Allen & Overy's Shanghai and Beijing offices before relocating to Hong Kong. She has broad experience in a range of banking and finance transactions, including acquisition finance, project finance, asset finance, corporate lending and pre-IPO financing.
Cindy regularly works with both Chinese and international banks on cross-border financing transactions, and is familiar with their documentation requirements and documentation process.
Cindy is qualified in Hong Kong and speaks English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
