Chynna advises clients on a range of corporate matters, including public and private M&A, restructuring and reorganizations and corporate governance and compliance. 

Her experience spans a range of sectors including consumer goods, healthcare and technology. Chynna has experience as a Cyber Policy Legal Intern at the NYC Department of IT & Telecommunications and Office of Cyber Command where she helped negotiate, draft and review government software and telecommunications agreements and helped manage city agency cybersecurity risk and compliance. Prior to law school, Chynna worked as a research and development tax consultant and delivered over two million dollars in tax savings for small to middle market businesses in the software, biotechnology, manufacturing and architecture industries.
