Christine is an associate in the Financial Services Regulatory Practice where she specializes in securities regulatory matters and FinTech.

Her practice includes advising investment advisers and broker-dealers on compliance with the federal securities laws and regulations and on compliance with the rules of SROs, including FINRA. She also represents foreign and domestic financial institutions as to a variety of securities and banking regulatory matters, often with complex, cross-border fact patterns.

Christine has a uniquely in-depth knowledge and broad experience with advising FinTech companies in assessing the impact of financial regulations on novel business models, financial instruments, and their regulatory and compliance obligations. She has been a guest speaker on topics in digital assets and the law at MIT Sloan School of Management with Barbara Stettner.

Christine is a member of the firm’s U.S. Asian Affinity Network and the A&O U.S. Recruitment Committee.
