Christian provides more than twenty years of experience as corporate/M&A lawyer. He advises on complex national and cross-border, private as well as public M&A transactions and core corporate matters (particularly stock corporation law (AktG) and group law – Konzernrecht)).

His clients are mainly listed stock corporations and private capital investors. Christian is editor of A&O’s remuneration study on executive payment of DAX 40 management and supervisory boards which already saw its 10th edition. The last ten editions of renowned lawyers’ ranking JUVE named Christian as one out of 15 national leading corporate partners and Handelsblatt named him as one out of three best capital market lawyers in Germany. Other relevant rankings also name him as leading corporate (including Governance, Compliance) and M&A expert.
