Christian advises and litigates on a broad range of employment and pension law matters. He has particular expertise and experience in the areas of workforce restructuring, the optimisation of employee benefits and occupational pensions, employment issues relating to business reorganisations (outsourcing and M&A), the employment of directors and executives, employee representation and (European) works councils, collective bargaining, multi-jurisdictional employment matters and employment discrimination.
