Aareal Bank on tax aspects of refinancing the Skyliner office building in Warsaw; a newly developed, green skyscraper of the Austrian investor, Karimpol Poland.

A club of lenders on tax aspects of a landmark transaction involving a EUR863.5m financing for BalticHub sp. z o.o. (previously operating under the name DCT sp. z o.o.) in relation to, among others, the construction of Terminal 3 of the deep water container terminal in Gda?sk.

Pro bono

Advising Polish foundations on tax aspects of the donations received and cooperation with third-party contractors.
