Bertrand advises clients on complex commercial agreements, intellectual property and information technology, primarily in the technology sectors.

Bertrand provides this advice across all transaction types and sizes, including Series A - C investments, multi-billion dollar / pound mergers and acquisitions, and standalone commercial projects. Bertrand also has experience of advising clients in a wide range of sectors, such as sports, gaming and financial institutions.

Further, Bertrand has advised clients on data protection and outsourcing matters. Bertrand previously spent three years in the London office.

Advising a mental health charity on data protection relating to its licensing of one of its mental health applications to a US health insurer.
