Antony advises on a range of corporate transactions including private acquisitions, corporate reorganisations, equity finance and general corporate advisory work, with a particular focus on private equity and growth capital.
Antony has also spent six months on secondment to the firm's Tokyo office and three months in Morgan Stanley’s London headquarters in their M&A legal team.
