Antoine advises on a wide range of domestic and cross-border financing transactions and specialises in corporate and leveraged acquisition financing (LBO) representing lenders as well as borrowers and sponsors.
He also had the opportunity to work on several restructurings and high yield financings on both the issuer and initial purchaser sides.
