Angela is an associate in the London office, and a member of the firm’s private equity team.
She advises clients on corporate transactions, including private M&A transactions and general corporate advisory work. Angela has spent six months on secondment to Charterhouse Capital Partners and is currently on secondment to the Corporate department in the firm’s New York office.
