Andrés has a wide range of experience advising corporates, private equity funds and other financial sponsors on a number of cross-border M&A transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, co-investments, restructurings and reorganisations.
He has a notable expertise in various sectors with particular emphasis on infrastructure, energy, aviation, TMT and health care. He has also advised a number of leading financial institutions and corporate clients in banking and finance deals.

A PE fund on the acquisition of a Spain online real estate classifieds platform from another PE fund for an amount of EUR 1.35bn.

A PE fund on its acquisition of one of the world's leading biotechnology companies and a global leader in women's health and reproductive genetic and its subsequent sale to a strategic company.

ICG in the creation of a global giant CX and BPO, through the acquisition of Comdata by Konecta for deal value of EUR 2bn.Project Kronos.

Indra in the acquisition of 30% of the shares of Epicom to Duro Felguera.

Pro bono

Mentoring socially marginalized people though Fundación Integra to assist with job access.
