Andre Da Roza is a Counsel in the APAC Regulatory Group* in Hong Kong and is qualified in Hong Kong and England and Wales. He regularly advises financial institutions on licensing, compliance and general regulatory matters. Andre’s practice includes a particular focus on the private banking industry. He has recently assisted a number of banks in the overhaul of their terms and conditions. He also regularly acts for industry bodies, such as the Private Wealth Management Association, and actively participates in industry consultations. Andre also has experience in advising on the regulatory aspects of transactions involving regulated entities and products (including the sale and purchase of banks, licensed corporations and insurance companies).

Andre received his Bachelor of Laws from King's College London. He is fluent in English, and has intermediate level Mandarin and Cantonese.
