Alice acts for corporates, financial institutions and individuals on complex commercial disputes both in England and internationally, regularly advising on multi-jurisdictional matters. Her experience includes handling claims relating to M&A transactions, international sanctions, joint venture arrangements and customer, supplier and distributor relationships. She also has experience assisting clients on internal investigations (with a particular emphasis on employee misconduct) and representing them in related litigation.

Alice acts as a strategy adviser to clients in legal proceedings across the globe, assisting with and coordinating some of their most reputationally-sensitive matters. Her clients include FTSE companies and large international groups, as well as their senior management. Alice is consistently recognised as a leading litigator by the legal directories where she is described as being "in a class of her own. Her mastery of the law and its advocacy is matched with an unrivalled human empathy that helps her identify and secure solutions that are durable" (Legal 500 UK, 2021).
