Alice acts for corporates, financial institutions and individuals on complex and high profile commercial disputes both in the English courts and internationally, regularly advising on multi-jurisdictional matters.

Her experience includes handling claims relating to M&A transactions, international sanctions, joint venture arrangements and customer, supplier and distributor relationships. She has experience across a wide range of sectors and industries including consumer and retail, aerospace and defence, private equity, sport, financial services, and telecoms.
 
Alice acts as a strategic adviser to clients in legal proceedings across the globe, assisting with and coordinating some of their most reputationally-sensitive matters. Her clients include FTSE companies and large international groups, as well as their senior management.
