She advises clients on executive compensation and employment, benefits and incentives matters in corporate transactions, including employment-related due diligence and negotiation of transaction documents.

Her work includes advising clients on the design of equity and equity-based incentive compensation plans, employment and severance agreements, and retention arrangements in the context of mergers and acquisitions. She also advises clients on employment-related disputes.
