Abigail has experience advising on the full range of both contentious and non-contentious employment matters.
She regularly advises on the employment aspects of work place investigations, including into sensitive matters such as allegations of sexual misconduct, retaliation and discrimination. She also advises on the employment aspects of a range of corporate transactions, including M&A and IPOs. Further, Abigail has experience advising on claims conducted in the Employment Tribunal, including whistleblowing, discrimination and unfair dismissal claims. Abigail spent six months on secondment to Heathrow Airport and, prior to joining the firm, Abigail studied Philosophy and Politics at the University of Bristol.
