Aaron has experience advising lenders and borrowers on a wide range of finance transactions, including corporate finance, Islamic finance, project finance, receivables finance and real estate finance. 
Aaron also has strong experience supporting clients’ in-house legal teams, having completed secondments to Emirates Global Aluminium in Dubai and The Commercial Bank in Doha.

Atalaya Capital Management and Chimera Investment, as lenders, on a USD350m receivables-backed term loan facility for Tabby.
