Digital markets remain a focal point for antitrust enforcement
We have collected data on antitrust fine totals, and on fines and cases by conduct type for Europe, APAC and the Americas to give a snapshot of antitrust enforcement in each region. The Americas was the only region of those we surveyed that posted an increase in fine totals in 2022.

At the country level, antitrust enforcement fines in Europe were USD1.2 billion, a decrease from 2021.
