Japan’s Green Innovation Fund has set up a 2 trillion yen (USD 18 billion equivalent) fund to support projects promoting decarbonisation.
Invitation for applications for funding are now open for eligible projects which aim to establish a large-scale hydrogen supply chain and generate green hydrogen. Selected hydrogen projects will receive in the aggregate of 340bn yen (USD 3bn equivalent) in financial support.
