This video is the first in a series of insights from Allen & Overy partners on the trends and challenges in the real estate market across Europe. Chris Woolf, Global Head of Real Estate discusses key developments in the European market and considers the future of European real estate investment.
Chris considers the flight to quality and rebalancing which he has seen in the fall out from the Covid-19 pandemic. He discusses the increased diversification in the market and the growing appetite for operational assets to achieve higher yields.
