This year’s theme for International Women’s Day is #BreakTheBias’ – challenging gender bias, stereotypes and discrimination in our workplaces and wider communities to achieve a diverse, equitable, and inclusive world where difference is valued and celebrated.

In this animation A&O women from across the network share what ‘break the bias’ means to them, as well as the importance of celebrating female role models.
