A&O cements its position as a leading private capital firm with PDI award wins
The female partners named in the list are; Parya Badie, Cathy Bell-Walker, Angela Clist, Lorraine Bayliss, Jeanette Cruz, Emma Dwyer, Denise Gibson, Jocelyn Land, Jennifer Marshall, Lucy Oddy, Sally Onions and Kate Sumpter.
A&O had more female partners recognised from London than any other law firm in the city.
The inclusion in the list comes as A&O has once again been named as one of the UK’s top employers for women. For a third year in a row the firm has been included in The Times Top 50 Employers for Women, an initiative run by charity Business in the Community.
Commenting on the partners' success, A&O senior partner Wim Dejonghe said: “I am very pleased to see so many of our female partners being recognised and having their achievements celebrated. We are committed to building on the strong representation of women in senior positions at A&O and I believe that through leadership accountability for talent management and effective sponsorship, we can become a truly diverse workforce.”
