Allen & Overy advises Joh. Berenberg, Gossler & Co. KG  as Listing Agent on the dual listing of ASX-listed Vulcan Energy Resources Limited (Vulcan Energy) on the Regulated Market (Prime Standard) of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. Vulcan Energy will be the first Australian-listed company to have a dual listing on the Regulated Market of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange.

The company is aiming to become the world’s first integrated lithium chemicals and renewable energy producer with a net zero carbon footprint. Its ZERO CARBON LITHIUM™ Project intends to produce a battery-quality lithium hydroxide chemical product from its combined geothermal energy and lithium resource, which is Europe’s largest lithium resource, in Germany.

The listing prospectus has been approved by the German Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (Bundesanstalt für Finanzdienstleistungsaufsicht) on 11 February 2022. Admission to listing on the Regulated Market (Prime Standard) of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange is expected to occur on 14 February 2022 with trading expected to commence on 15 February 2022.
