Allen & Overy advised Natixis as arranger, lender and hedge bank on the financing of the acquisition of Outremer Tower by Phoenix Tower International, a portfolio company of Blackstone, and the setting up of an additional capex line.
Outremer Tower is an Outremer Telecom subsidiary, a subsidiary of Altice, which owns or leases, operates and manages approximately 203 telecommunications towers across French West Indies (Martinique, Guadeloupe and French Guyana).
This transaction involved a team from Paris headed by partner Driss Bererhi, counsel Amine Bourabiat and associates Dorian Le and Lina Bahri, with partner Mathieu Vignon and senior associate Virginie Chatté on tax aspects, partner Hervé Ekué and associate Nadège Debeney on hedging aspects, partner Alexander Ancel and senior associate Julie Parent on corporate aspects and partner Sami Mir and associate Michael Paparozzi on New-York law aspects.
