Allen & Overy has advised Davide Campari-Milano N.V. on a EUR300 million bond with seven years’ maturity (18 May 2030), intended for institutional investors.
The bond has a fixed annual coupon equal to 4.71% and the notes were admitted to listing on the ExtraMOT professional segment, a multilateral trading facility organised and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A..
The A&O team was led by Italian International Capital Markets partners Craig Byrne and Cristiano Tommasi, supported by consultant Patrizia Pasqualini and associate Edoardo Brugnoli.
