Allen & Overy has advised certain funds managed by affiliates of Apollo Global Management, Inc. (Apollo) on its acquisition of a stake in CPI Property Group (CPIPG).
The transaction took the form of a capital increase, via the issuance by CPIPG of new ordinary shares to Apollo funds for an amount of EUR300 million.
CPIPG is a Luxembourg-headquartered real estate player, listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange, and leading long-term owner of income-generating real estate in the Czech Republic, Berlin and the Central & Eastern European region.
