Allen & Overy has advised Amundi, Europe’s leading asset manager with more than EUR1.900 billion in assets under management1, on the launch of Amundi Commercial Real Estate Loans II (ACREL II), the second vintage of its senior mortgage fund.
ACREL II is structured as a European Long-Term Investment Fund (ELTIF).
The strategy of this new vintage extends that of the ACREL I fund, which raised EUR443 million from leading European institutional investors.
This vintage will be part of a strategy of financing the energy transition by earmarking the investments financed and monitoring changes in the energy performance and carbon footprint of the assets financed.
This new fund has already raised EUR150 million and is targeting a final size of around EUR600 million.
The Allen & Overy team was composed of Paris partner Antoine Sarailler, Luxembourg partner Jean-Christian Six, Paris counsel Benjamin Lacourt and Luxembourg counsel Codrina Constantinescu.
