Our lawyers have been dealing with all relevant aspects of German and European insurance regulatory law for years. We advise on transactions and reorganisation measures as well as general issues such as the introduction of new insurance products to the German market and the permissibility of cross-border insurance business. The team has a good relationship with the competent regulatory authorities and we work together to find solutions.

We focus in particular focus on compliance requirements in the insurance sector and related risk management, taking into account current and future statutory requirements such as the Solvency II framework.
