We liaise with the Civil Aviation Authority and other national aviation authorities on the registration and deregistration of aircraft and advise on obtaining flight or ferry permits in a variety of jurisdictions. Our extensive global reach sees us acting in recoveries and repossessions all over the world, including the UK, India, Turkey and West Africa.

We frequently act for aircraft lessors and financiers in relation to leasing and other aviation disputes, with claims for damages arising out of the failure to return in redelivery condition and loss of future rent.
