Ann-Kathrin focuses on supporting corporate clients, private equity investors and banks on all aspects of leveraged and acquisition finance.

Her experience comprises both borrower as well as lender side transactions, including syndicated and ESG-linked loans.

Prior to joining the firm, Ann-Kathrin worked with several major international law firms in Frankfurt am Main and New York City in the fields of Corporate/M&A as well as project and leveraged finance.
