Dr Achim Schmid

Counsel

Achim advises both national and international insurance and reinsurance companies on domestic and cross-border transactions, on regulatory issues and on general corporate matters. 
He has particular experience in Contractual Trust Arrangements (CTA) and occupational pensions schemes. Achim is also experienced in insurance contract law, particularly in life insurance.
