Senior Associate

Rory advises both fund managers and institutional investors across a range of private funds transactions, including the formation, structuring and operation of international investment funds, secondary transactions, and primary investments in domestic and international funds across various alternative investment strategies.
Rory also has experience advising on other related transactions, including carried interest and co-investment arrangements and management company restructurings. Rory spent six months seconded to the Investment Management Division of Goldman Sachs International in London.
