Prior to joining Consulting, Tom spent eight years in EY’s risk advisory practice, based in London and New York, and before that, five years at the Financial Services Authority (FSA). Tom has led multiple risk and regulatory engagements throughout compliance, risk and control areas; including major projects relating to conduct risk management, governance models, market abuse and financial crime frameworks, compliance risk management and compliance target operating models.
