Jo joined Allen & Overy in 2015 and is responsible for the delivery of the firm’s Diversity & Inclusion strategy.
She began her career as a tax adviser before moving into Diversity and Corporate Responsibility and she has more than 20 years experience in professional service firms. She has a wide range of experience in designing and delivering culture change programmes that helps to increase diversity and improve inclusive working practices.
