He has advised many international banks, private equity funds and credit funds on numerous high-profile financings and structured transactions in the region, including some of the most significant acquisition financings on recent high value intra-Asia deals. Gautam has been practising in Singapore for the last 18 years and worked in London and New York previously. He is qualified in England, Singapore, New York and India.
