Anton is Lead of the CIS Desk and has over 20 years of experience advising clients on a broad range of international corporate and M&A transactions, infrastructure and investment projects, both in the CIS and globally.

He also provides support on regulatory and sanctions matters.

Anton is recognised for his experience in a wide range of business sectors including financial institutions, manufacturing, TMT and energy and natural resources. Being a qualified lawyer in Russia, England and Wales and New York, Anton works on cross-border transactions around the world.
