Angela is Global Head of Advanced Delivery & Solutions, through which A&O Shearman drives legal innovation by bringing together technology, resourcing, and processes to drive better outcomes for our clients and our people.

Prior to leading the AD&S team, Angela was a partner in the Securitization group for 19 years, working on many market-leading transactions, including market firsts for the creation of UK covered bonds and UK master trusts. Angela's expertise was recognized when she won Best in Structured Finance at the Europe Women in Business Law Awards in 2015, 2016, 2017, and 2018.

Angela was a member of the firm's global Board from 2014 to 2018. She served on the firm's Executive Committee from 2022 to 2024 and was the Global Head of the Banking Sector Group for 10 years, starting in 2014. She is passionate about diversity and inclusion initiatives and in developing innovation in the legal industry.
