Our Nordic practice provides the full range of legal advice to Nordic and international clients. We regularly act for leading corporates, banks and other institutions in the region on M&A and capital markets transactions, including IPOs, as well as general banking, finance and litigation matters. We also advise extensively on regulatory matters, including antitrust, sanctions and anti-bribery. The practice covers Denmark, Finland, Norway, Sweden and the Baltic States.

We have advised on numerous Nordic related matters, involving more than 20 offices across our international network. This experience has provided us with an in-depth knowledge of the Nordic region, its business cultures and the corporates and institutions that operate here. We understand how business is conducted across the region, we speak the local languages and have the experience to anticipate and resolve any obstacles before they arise.
