A&O submits response to House of Commons Environmental Audit Committee's Second Inquiry into the future of environmental law after Brexit

The House of Commons Environmental Audit Committee’s current Brexit inquiry is examining the potential impacts on REACH and the chemicals sector.

This inquiry, which has attracted a wide number of responses from across industry and other stakeholders, considers issues such as the potential challenges of transposing REACH through the Great Repeal Bill and the administrative, policy and regulatory implications for the industry after Brexit.
