Tim is a partner in our debt capital markets group based in Singapore, head of our Asia-Pacific Corporate Trust & Agency team and joint managing partner of our Singapore office. He advises corporate trustees and agents on all aspects of debt capital markets and loan transactions. He is rated highly by clients who appreciate that his “excellent technical legal knowledge is matched very well with his superb business acumen”. Tim has also been described as being “amongst the leading lawyers in the world of corporate trust advisory”.

Tim has extensive experience across all corporate trust products and services. He advises corporate trustees and agents across the market on the full range of debt capital markets transactions, including corporate and financial institution debt, regulatory capital and other subordinated debt, equity-linked products, repackagings, CLOs, securitisations, covered bonds and infrastructure and project finance. He has wide-ranging experience advising trustees on defaults, modifications, waivers, restructurings and liability management, as well as disputes and litigation. He also advises facility, security and intercreditor agents on all types of bank financing and custodians, escrow agents and depositary banks on standalone custody, escrow and depositary receipt matters.
