Tom Schoors

Tom has extensive court litigation and (national and international) arbitration experience. His commercial litigation practice covers a broad range of post M&A and contractual (including real estate related) disputes. Tom specialises in anti-trust damages actions and insurance litigation; he heads our cross-practice insurance sector team. Having a specific interest in the energy markets, Tom regularly advises clients on energy regulation, energy projects and energy disputes; he also lectures on energy contracts at the University of Leuven (KUL).
