  • A group of financial institutions as underwriters on the IPO of Shurgard Self Storage Europe SA and listing of its shares on Euronext Brussels.
  • A group of financial institutions as underwriters on the initial public offering of X-Fab and listing of its shares on Euronext Brussels and Euronext Paris.
  • Sipef, a Belgian agro-industrial company listed on Euronext Brussels, on the USD100m acquisition of a 36.84% stake in Agro Muko from Evans group and the equity financing thereof through a rights issue.
  • Allfin on its merger with Immobel, the listed Belgium-based real estate developer. This transaction created the largest listed real-estate development group in Belgium.
  • Bone Therapeutics, a Belgian biotechnology company, on its IPO on Euronext Brussels and Paris.
  • Celyad, the Belgian biotechnology company, on its IPO on Euronext Brussels and Paris and on the EU aspects of its subsequent IPO on NASDAQ.
