Simon is the Managing Partner of the Bangkok office and leads its Corporate Group which includes the real estate sub group. He has particular expertise in corporate and regulatory matters, mergers and acquisitions and securities law in Thailand. He has advised on numerous mergers and acquisitions of listed and unlisted companies and acted for major companies investing in Thailand and been involved in significant restructurings in Thailand. He has been practising in Thailand since early 1989.
