Simon is Co-head of our Global International Capital Markets group and advises all of the major players in the trustee arena on the full spectrum of instruments in the International Capital Markets. He advises on all types of new issuance and has extensive experience advising trustees in connection with defaults and restructurings and other exercises of their discretions.
