Shaun specialises in energy and infrastructure project development, construction and finance, and has represented developers, contractors, sponsors and lenders in relation to more than 60 power projects in Africa, the Americas, Europe and the Middle East. Shaun specialises in commercial agreements, such as power purchase, fuel supply, construction, O&M, etc. He is also a professional engineer, and prior to practicing law managed energy and infrastructure project development and construction for more than a decade. Shaun is ranked Band 3 by Chambers & Partners and noted as a "rising star" in the IFLR1000 directory of project finance lawyers.
