Shanthi has experience advising on structured finance transactions and OTC derivatives, with a particular focus on hedging aspects of securitisations and covered bonds, project financings and collateral arrangements, in addition to repos and stock lending, and credit and commodity derivatives.
Shanthi has advised numerous financial institutions and corporates on ISDA documentation and other energy trading documentation used in the context of project and asset financing transactions. She has also negotiated various client clearing and execution documentation, and advised a variety of clients on compliance with various requirements of EMIR.
