Samer is a partner in our Middle East banking and finance practice based in Dubai. He has broad experience in international bank financings, covering both conventional and Islamic finance, with a focus on sovereign debt, debt restructuring, acquisition financing, project financing, and secured and unsecured lending.

He regularly represents lenders and borrowers on high profile and complex transactions in the Middle East. He is fluent in Arabic, English and French.
