Romaric Lazerges heads the public and environmental law department in our Paris office. His expertise covers especially public contracts (PPP, concessions, public procurement), regulatory in the media, energy and telecom sectors. Romaric also advises his clients in high-profile legal proceedings before administrative courts and tribunals, including before the Conseil d’Etat and the Conseil constitutionnel, as well as before independent governmental agencies (such as the Conseil supérieur de l’audiovisuel, the Commission nationale informatique et libertés and the Autorité de regulation des communications électroniques).
His clients are either public entities or related or either private partners involved, banks, sponsors and lenders.
In addition to his activity, Romaric is a lecturer (maître de conferences) at Sciences Po Paris as well as one of the founding members of the Sciences Po Paris “public law club”, a think tank set up in 2010 and gathering academics, judges and practitioners.
