Nigel specialises in intellectual property, data protection and privacy, and commercial contracts.  He works across a range of business sectors, including financial services, technology and life-sciences.

He advises on IP and data aspects of corporate and commercial transactions, including joint ventures and collaborations. He also advises on standalone technology and intellectual property licensing, as well as a wide range of IP and data-rich commercial agreements. He has extensive experience of complex outsourcing transactions, acting for both customers and suppliers. Nigel is recognised in Chambers and Legal 500.  He was named one of the "Top 40 under 40" data lawyers by Global Data Review.  He is the contributing editor of the ICLG cross-border guide on cybersecurity.
