Nigel specialises in intellectual property, data privacy and commercial contracts. He works across a wide variety of business sectors, with a focus on financial services , technology and life-sciences.
He advises on a wide range of large-scale corporate transactions, including joint ventures and collaborations. He also advises on standalone technology and brand licensing as well as a wide range of IP-rich commercial agreements. He has extensive experience of complex and multi-jurisdictional outsourcing transactions, acting for both customers and suppliers.
