Marc has significant experience acting for clients from numerous sectors in connection with a wide variety of commercial and financial disputes including in particular in the field of financial derivatives. He also has significant and extensive experience in all contentious matters and situations arising from insolvency. These often complex, high value and multi-party disputes have arisen in diverse industrial, commercial and financial sectors and have been conducted in various jurisdictions including London, Hong Kong and Bermuda. Marc speaks French fluently.

Marc has either been part of or led teams recognised for litigation awards. He led the Allen & Overy LLP team that was recognised as “stand-out” at the FT innovation awards 2010 for dispute resolution.
